Using this insight, LiveScore said it will be able to deliver “richer” sports media experiences. This includes instant delivery of news, fan sentiment and influencer commentary through its LiveScore and LiveScore Bet products.
LiveScore also said it could offer new engagement features like bet-slip and prediction sharing directly via X, on top of delivering faster customer support, including automated responses to fan inquiries via the platform.
As part of the deal the operator can develop “smarter” trading models that react to real-time sports developments and fan conversations on the social media platform. This, the provider said, will improve both bettor value and retention.
