GLI appoints Sally Wong as Client services director
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) announced the appointment of Sally Wong as Director of Customer Services, with the aim of strengthening customer relationships and technical support capabilities.
Wong will be located in the company's laboratory in Las Vegas, USA and will focus on promoting partnerships with clients and offering technical guidance within GLI's global network.
"Our mission is to make each client's journey as fluid and productive as possible, and Sally has the experience and vision to help our clients successfully navigate the future of the game," said Ian Hughes, GLI's revenue director.
According to the company, Wong brings extensive experience on the side of both the operators and the suppliers of the gaming industry, since before joining GLI, she served as Director of Business Development for Aristocrat Interactive.
Among her previous roles is also the director of Strategic Gaming/Casino Accounts at Nor1 (an Oracle company), Key Account Manager at Booking.com and Special Events Manager at Wynn Resorts Las Vegas. Wong has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing (B.S.) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
