EveryMatrix acquires UX specialist Goma Gaming for undisclosed sum
EveryMatrix has acquired UX and front-end design specialist Goma Gaming, in a move aimed at strengthening its product differentiation capabilities across both the sports and casino verticals.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Goma Gaming will continue to operate as a standalone unit, working alongside EveryMatrix’s current front-end division.
The company said the acquisition will provide immediate additional front-end “firepower” as it ramps up the development of bespoke digital experiences for turnkey clients.

Goma’s track record

Goma brings a 20-year track record in front-end engineering for sportsbooks and casinos, including custom deployments for major operators.

Its proprietary UX platform has delivered strong commercial results, with partner operators reporting higher player retention, deeper engagement, and an average 30% margin uplift.

EveryMatrix said the additional capacity will support its growing global customer base while expanding the range of personalised and high-impact front-end solutions available to partners.

Leadership perspectives

Group CEO and co-founder Ebbe Groes praised the acquisition as a natural next step in the company’s rapid expansion.

“Our front-end development has made huge strides, creating bespoke sites and features for some of our largest customers such as Bet-at-home and the Hungarian Lottery,” Groes said.

“The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to both existing and new sports and casino turnkey customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues.”

“I’d like to welcome Andrew and his team and look forward to having them with us to further accelerate our rapid business growth.”

Goma Gaming CEO Andrew Brown said joining EveryMatrix will allow the studio to scale far more aggressively.

“We’ve made great progress developing Goma in the last five years, but joining the EveryMatrix Group now means we have greater resources to rapidly scale our capacity whenever it’s needed and to make an even bigger impact,” Brown said.
“Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We can’t wait for the next phase of our journey as part of EveryMatrix.”

Brown joined Goma Gaming in June 2024 as chief commercial officer and in November 2024 took on the role of chief operating officer.

Before joining Goma, Brown was a partner for Europe and Australasia at Stractics Group from 2023 to 2024, focusing on restructuring, turnaround strategy, and related commercial initiatives.

From 2021 to 2023, he served as CEO and co-founder of Acuo Media Group, while between 2017 and 2020, Brown worked as executive general manager for wagering & gaming at News Corp Australia.

Earlier in his career, from 2016 to 2017, he was a non-executive director at McBookie.

Expanding through M&A

The deal is the latest in a string of acquisitions supporting EveryMatrix’s broad product expansion strategy.

Last year, the supplier acquired UK-based FSB Technology, a full turnkey sportsbook provider. The deal enabled EveryMatrix to launch its own proprietary horse racing solution.

Later in 2024, EveryMatrix also acquired Swedish slot developer Fantasma Games, further bolstering its content portfolio.

In its Q1 2025 financial results, EveryMatrix reported a strong first-quarter performance, with net revenue reaching €54m, up 39% year-on-year, and EBITDA rising to €28m, up 27% year-on-year.

The company’s EBITDA margin hit 52%, marking the eighth consecutive quarter above 50%, as it continues to scale its platform and casino content technologies.
