IAG EXPO’s Manila After Dark welcome event is the most sought-after and highly attended of the six MADs IAG hosts in Manila and Macau each year, providing a relaxing and fun-filled opportunity for attendees to network while many of the industry’s key personnel are in town.
IAG’s Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott said, “MAD has always been about bringing the industry together in a setting that feels relaxed, sociable and genuinely enjoyable, but the scale of the IAG EXPO welcome event has grown enormously. We needed a larger space this year to meet demand and accommodate the sheer volume of industry guests now coming to Manila for IAG EXPO week. Grand Bar and Lounge gives us the capacity, atmosphere and energy we need to welcome four days of engaging industry activity.”
The expanded IAG EXPO festival runs across four days at NWR, with the CiG iDEA Summit and MAD 37 to be followed by the IAG Academy Summit on 15 and 16 September, the IAG Academy IR Awards on the evening of 15 September and the invite-only The Regulators Forum on 17 September.
All events are taking place within the NWR precinct.
Debuting back in early 2019, MAD is a regular series of industry networking social events held in the Asian gaming hubs of Macau and Manila. Each MAD brings together key industry decision-makers with the people they want to meet in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The event rotates around the region’s best hospitality venues – some well-known and some hidden gems.
Due to its enormous popularity, MAD is strictly by invitation only. Invited guests must RSVP and be confirmed by having an event entry ticket on their phones. All guests must supply their business cards upon arrival. There is also a select VIP list for each event.
