Aloplay Appoints Alon Eshed as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Next Phase of Growth
Appointment strengthens Aloplay’s commercial leadership as the end-to-end B2B iGaming technology provider enters its next phase of international growth.

Aloplay, the end-to-end B2B iGaming technology provider, has appointed Alon Eshed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The appointment marks the company’s next stage of growth as it accelerates international expansion and scales the commercial organisation behind it.

The move comes at a period of accelerating momentum for Aloplay. The company is expanding its international footprint, having recently secured a licence in South Africa, and continues to grow its partner network across Latin America and other high-growth regions. Eshed’s appointment is designed to support that next phase, bringing senior commercial leadership to match the pace of expansion.

As CCO, Eshed will lead all customer-facing functions, spanning Sales, Marketing and Account Management, and will own the company’s commercial strategy and strategic partnerships. His focus will be to scale and strengthen Aloplay’s commercial organisation and grow its client portfolio in new markets.

He joins with more than a decade of experience in business development and commercial leadership, much of it in iGaming, spanning B2B partnerships, complex negotiations and the scaling of commercial operations.

Aloplay’s proposition is built around flexibility. Rather than a release-locked platform, it delivers a fully integrated ecosystem – casino, sportsbook and game aggregation – through a single API integration, available as turnkey, white label or fully managed. Its modular architecture lets operators take only what they need, supported by a partner-first model and a next-generation product roadmap that includes new player engagement solutions.

Alon Eshed, Chief Commercial Officer at Aloplay, said: “Strong technology alone doesn’t win operators – plenty of providers have that. What convinced me about Aloplay was the ambition behind it: not to be another platform on a shortlist, but the partner operators build their business around.

“They don’t need a supplier relationship where the conversation stops once the integration is signed. They need a partner who understands their business, adapts to their needs and is genuinely invested in helping them grow. That’s what we’re building here, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”

Uri Cohen CEO at Aloplay, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Alon to the team. Technology gets you a seat at the table, but it’s the people and partnerships around it that turn a platform into a lasting relationship – and that’s where we’re investing as we grow. Alon shares that belief, and he’s the right person to help us build it alongside our operators.”
