The Unit Powers King Of The Hill 2026 NFL Prediction Game
Product design and development specialist delivers NFL prediction game for Irish start-up gaming company.

The Unit, a leader in product design and development for the betting and casino industry, has announced its partnership with King of the Hill, delivering the end-to-end development of its revamped NFL prediction game ahead of the 2026 season.

King of the Hill, sponsored by BoyleSports, challenges players to test their NFL knowledge throughout the season by making predictions for every gameweek, bringing an additional competitive and social dimension to every drive on the gridiron.

The Unit was responsible for the complete product build, from initial product design and UX/UI through to development and launch. Having initially built King of the Hill for the 2025 NFL season, The Unit has updated the platform for 2026, with an improved experience featuring BoyleSports branding.

The new-look King of the Hill platform went live this week, ahead of the opening week of the 2026 NFL season, and is available to NFL fans across Ireland.

The partnership further demonstrates The Unit’s expertise in building bespoke products for a range of clients across the betting and iGaming space, as well as its ability to take digital products from initial concept through design, development and deployment.

Mark O’Hare, Chief Revenue Officer of The Unit, said: “King of the Hill is a great example of the end-to-end work we do at The Unit. We’ve been involved across the entire product lifecycle, from the initial design and user experience through to development and launch, and we’re delighted to see the platform return for the 2026 NFL season.

“We’re really pleased with what we’ve built together and excited to see even more players getting involved this season.”

Tom Cooke, Founder of King of the Hill, added: “We created King of the Hill to give NFL fans a simple and compelling way to put their knowledge to the test every week of the season.

“The Unit understood what we wanted the product to achieve from the outset and had the expertise to turn that vision into a functional, polished, scalable platform. Following the success of the original build, it’s been fantastic to work with the team again on the updated experience for 2026. We’re looking forward to bringing King of the Hill to even more NFL fans across Ireland this year.”

The Unit, which operates offices in Dundalk, Gibraltar, Moldova and New York, continues to expand its portfolio of specialist product development services for betting and iGaming businesses worldwide, spanning frontend and backend engineering, mobile and AI development, UI/UX design, technical consultancy and dedicated development teams.
