Returning for the fourth year in Warsaw, the boutique Summit is built around a simple objective: give operators, suppliers, regulators, legal and compliance experts, fintech and payments leaders, affiliates, technology builders and decision-makers the insight — and the right connections — to prepare for what comes next.
From 2026 Reality to 2027 Strategy
Taking place as businesses move into their 2027 planning cycle, the Warsaw agenda focuses on decisions already reshaping regulated markets.
Across the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs programme, operators, suppliers and advisers can work through European regulatory change with a practical market lens: Poland and CEE, licensing expansion across Malta, Germany and the Netherlands, operator–supplier contracts under regulatory change, Responsible Gambling outcomes and AML beyond KYC. The IMGL Masterclass, “Prediction Markets and Sweepstakes at the Regulatory Crossroads: Gambling, Financial Products or a New Category?”, takes place on Day 1, 11:20–12:10.
Sessions on compliant affiliate growth, whistleblowing and accountability, and growing a gambling brand when paid advertising is restricted and AI answers first connect legal obligations to commercial decisions.
On the TechXperience Stage, AI, FinTech and digital identity are treated as business decisions with consequences for iGaming and other regulated industries. The programme covers practical AI and human oversight; autonomous agents in financial services; instant payments, the digital euro and resilience; embedded finance and FinTech unit economics; and digital identity, eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallets and trust frameworks. Discussions on Europe’s gaming technology stack, B2B platform partnerships, human-centred AI, the future of work and the investment gap facing women founders broaden the conversation from individual tools to growth, trust and competitiveness.
HIPTHER Academy turns the discussion into applied learning. Workshops cover human-centred AI and personalisation, decision-making and leadership under pressure, working AI solutions, fundraising readiness for women-led startups, and moving agentic AI from prototype to auditable operations. Further sessions examine the skills that matter alongside AI, the human work between prompts, and a live AI visibility audit showing what AI recommends when players ask about a brand. A technical session addresses whether search engines can use a website in the generative search era. One Academy session remains to be announced; the programme is subject to change.
For attendees building their 2027 plans, the value is the connection between these tracks: how regulation affects market entry, how AI and identity change trust and customer journeys, how payments influence operations, and how brands remain discoverable. The agenda is designed to help participants leave with clearer priorities, practical questions and methods to bring back to their organisations, and direct relationships with specialists navigating the same decisions.
Zoltan Tündik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER, stated about the Agenda: "The HIPTHER Warsaw Summit was built to bridge the gap between high-level regulatory shifts and practical business execution. As we look ahead to 2027, companies can no longer afford to view compliance, technology, and market expansion in silos. Our goal for this year’s agenda is to give industry leaders a direct, interactive platform where they can decode complex European regulations, harness real AI applications, and walk away with actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth."
Networking Is Part of the Agenda — Not an Afterthought
HIPTHER’s boutique format brings experts, executives and attendees together for candid exchanges, with conversations flowing well beyond the stage sessions.
The Day 0 Welcome Meet on 26 October at AZYL Shot & Craft Beer Bar breaks the ice before the Summit. Start 27 October refreshed with HIPTHER Morning Reset: Yoga Rhythm & Flow, at a location shared with registered participants. On 28 October, connect outdoors on a 6–7 km Morning Networking Run or jog.
From morning networking and coffee breaks to networking lunches and the Golden Hour Mixer, every pause creates space to exchange ideas and explore potential partnerships.
HIPTHER Lounge helps delegates connect with relevant peers and schedule meetings online ahead of the Summit, making every networking opportunity count.
Celebrate industry excellence on 27 October at Podwale Bar and Books: networking from 20:00, the EiGE Awards Ceremony at 21:00, and finger food and an open bar until midnight. Keep the connections going at HIPTHER’s Traditional Halloween Party & Closing Social Gathering on 28 October, from 19:00 at Steam Bar Cocktail Bar, with food, drinks and a Summit send-off.
European iGaming Excellence Takes the Stage
The European iGaming Excellence (EiGE) Awards 2026 will bring another defining industry moment to Warsaw.
Following nominations and public voting, which determined the official shortlists, registered Warsaw Summit delegates will have the final say in selecting the winners across categories recognising outstanding operators, suppliers, affiliates, technology, payments, regulatory excellence and individual achievement.
The winners will be revealed during the EiGE Awards Ceremony on 27 October, beginning at 21:00 at Podwale Bar and Books. Attendance is included in the Summit pass.
