How did you get into iGaming, and what influenced your decision to choose this industry?

Interesting fact – I actually entered the industry by a lucky chance. I joined my previous company not because of the industry itself, but as an office manager. Just about a month later, I was offered a position as an account manager, and that’s how my journey in iGaming began.

Over time I grew into a Head position there, gaining a lot of experience working with partners and the product. Later, when I joined Endorphina, I started again and eventually grew into a team lead role here as well.

At the beginning I honestly couldn’t imagine how interesting this field would turn out to be or how many opportunities it would open up for professional growth and new experiences.

What was your first impression of the company when you joined?

When I first joined the company, what impressed me the most was how accessible the management was. You could communicate with them directly, share ideas, and discuss questions without complicated layers of hierarchy. In many large companies things are quite different, so this openness immediately created a very positive impression for me.

What have been the most significant and memorable milestones in your career?

I really enjoy working with and developing the product, so one of the most meaningful milestones for me has been being actively involved in the development of new features. It’s very rewarding to contribute ideas and then see them become part of the product that players actually interact with. This process helps us make the portfolio more diverse and interesting, which is something I’m very proud to be part of.

What qualities help you succeed in your work?

In my opinion, several qualities are essential: multitasking, responsibility, and the ability to find common ground with different people. In this industry you constantly interact with partners, colleagues, and clients, so communication skills are extremely important. These are also exactly the qualities I look for when new people join my team.

How do you inspire and motivate your team, especially during busy times?

Personally, I believe motivation itself is often a short-term phenomenon. What really makes a difference is the atmosphere within the team. When people feel comfortable, understand their goals clearly, and see that their work is appreciated, they naturally become more engaged and inspired. Creating that environment is something I consider very important in leadership.

How do you maintain a balance between work and personal life?

This was something I had to work on for quite a long time. I experimented with different time-management approaches until I found methods that helped me organize my tasks and energy more effectively. Our flexible work schedule also plays a big role, as it allows me to dedicate time to my personal life.

Tell us about a hobby or passion outside of work that positively impacts your career

I used to work as a makeup artist, and for some time it was actually my second job alongside my main role. Eventually iGaming completely absorbed my professional focus, and makeup became more of a hobby. Still, it’s a very useful skill, especially during exhibitions and events – I can always get myself ready quickly and confidently without needing extra help.

What’s the most memorable event you've attended, whether it’s a conference, a partner dinner, or an internal company event? What made it stand out?

I’m absolutely impressed by our company’s Winter Camp event. Everything about it stands out – the level of preparation, the beautiful location, the networking opportunities, and the overall atmosphere. Even though it’s technically a business trip for us, it always feels like a special moment where we can connect with colleagues and partners while also enjoying the experience together.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Don’t doubt yourself even for a single minute – you can do anything. Make plans, don’t just dream!
