The new corporate name draws a clear distinction from its consumer brand Gambling.com, which will continue to operate as a comparison and reviews website, alongside other consumer brands such as OddsJam, Casinos.com and WhichBingo, as well as the company’s sports data providers OpticOdds and RotoWire.

Shares in Grandstand Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRSD) closed 8.15 per cent lower at $1.69 per share in New York Thursday, having set a new 52-week low of $1.67 per share earlier in the day.
