Ready Play Gaming appointed Rocio Moitino as Head of Sales for Latin America to support the expansion of its games portfolio across the region.
Ready Play Gaming, an iGaming studio specialising in gamified slot content, has appointed Rocio Moitino as Head of Sales, Latin America. The appointment reflects the studio's accelerating commercial expansion across the region and its intent to build direct, long-term relationships with LatAm operators.

Moitino joins with extensive commercial experience in the international iGaming industry. Her remit is to lead the studio's sales strategy across Latin America, taking its full content catalogue to market and establishing the operator partnerships that will carry Ready Play Gaming's games to players across the region.

She arrives as Ready Play Gaming brings a differentiated proposition to LatAm. Players across the region have largely stayed within their preferred categories, whether slots, crash or other instant-win formats. Ready Play Gaming's Reel Overlay Technology addresses this challenge by introducing familiar slot reel mechanics directly into other established game formats. At its centre is Blaz'n Buffalo Reel Crash, the first ever Slot/Crash hybrid, a crash overlay built on top of a video slot. Around it sits a wider portfolio of session-focused, gamified slot content engineered to lengthen play and grow player value. For LatAm operators, the combination offers differentiated titles capable of engaging and retaining players within their existing base.

Christoph R. Härtel, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ready Play Gaming, commented: “Rocio's appointment marks an important step in our Latin American growth. She brings deep commercial experience and strong operator relationships across the region; at precisely the moment we are bringing Blaz'n Buffalo Reel Crash and our wider portfolio to LatAm. Her leadership will help operators here reach players with content built to lengthen sessions and raise lifetime value.”

Rocio Moitino, Head of Sales, Latin America at Ready Play Gaming, added: “Ready Play Gaming is entering Latin America with something genuinely different: a video slot and crash hybrid, backed by a broad portfolio of session-focused content. LatAm operators are looking for exactly this kind of differentiated content to engage and retain players. I am delighted to lead that commercial effort and to build the partnerships that will bring these games to market across the region.”

The appointment expands Ready Play Gaming's presence in Latin America, one of the studio's priority growth regions, following sequential multi-jurisdictional expansion across emerging markets in the area.
