Avanti Studios, the pioneering software supplier that’s reshaping the live casino landscape through its innovative mix of motion capture technology and real-time cloud-based streaming, has announced it has appointed Jonas Ericson as Chief Financial Officer.
Having already welcomed Steven Tabone as Commercial Director last month, Avanti Studios’ second major hire in the space of just a few weeks further cements the company’s intentions to assemble a C-Level team capable of leading its next stage of international growth.
Jonas arrives at Avanti Studios straight off the back of a successful six-and-a-half year spell at international payments company and bank, Klarna, where he began life as a Financial Transformation Lead before steadily rising up the ranks to the executive position of Global Head of Finance.
During his time with Klarna, Jonas took on multiple responsibilities including helping the brand enter new global markets, implementing new FinTech products, overseeing the strategic and operational development of accounting competence as well as leading multiple teams within the finance function.
This wide range of experience will certainly serve him well as Chief Financial Officer at Avanti Studios, where he will be tasked with running financial strategy, operations and analysis, investment and risk management while ensuring the company remains profitable and compliant.
