THNDR opens the THNDR Platform to third-party skill content

Today THNDR opens one API to an exponentially growing catalog of compliance-friendly skill games. Every title clears the THNDR Skill Standard, and third-party studios can now publish into a network with 25+ live partners and 160 million+ games played.
THNDR, the skill gaming platform for iGaming operators, today opened the THNDR Platform to third-party skill content. Operators get a growing pipeline of skill games through one compliance-friendly integration. Studios outside THNDR can publish certified head-to-head titles into THNDR’s operator network, reaching 25+ live partners through the integrations those operators already have.

Operators have asked for more skill content for years. The pipeline has not existed, and the conversations that do start usually stall on compliance. THNDR has spent the years since 2019 building the platform, the quality and integrity standards, and the operator network that make a pipeline possible. All three are now open to studios outside THNDR.

Every title on the platform, whether built by THNDR or by a third-party studio, clears the THNDR Skill Standard. Game Certification covers five checks before launch: platform integrity, a skillfulness evaluation, a rule and design audit for exploits and bot defensibility, a full security audit, and quality assurance. Match Verification then covers every match played. THNDR’s patent-pending game verification generates cryptographic proof that the match played out exactly as the front end displayed, and players and operators can check that proof themselves.

Because the bar is identical for every title, an operator can add third-party skill content through the integration it already has with THNDR, with no new vendor to onboard and no separate compliance assessment per game.

“Operators keep asking for more skill content, then the same two questions stop the deal: is this really skill, and can it clear compliance,” said Desiree Dickerson, CEO and co-founder of THNDR, and Chairman of the Skill Games Committee within the IGSA (US). “Opening the THNDR Platform to third-party studios lets us bring more games to market faster, with one integration operators can switch on. That is how you grow the skill market.”

For studios, the platform solves the cold start. A head-to-head title needs opponents the moment it goes live, and a single operator rarely has enough skill players to fill a lobby on day 1. Publishing on the THNDR Platform puts a title in front of an operator network where every partner draws from the same player pool: 160 million+ games played across 25+ live partners at a 99.99% fill rate. THNDR handles skill design, matchmaking, match verification, and compliance, and integrations go live in 5 to 10 days. The studio builds the game.

Operators can integrate directly with the THNDR Platform or receive the catalog through THNDR’s existing distribution partners. Both routes carry the full certified catalog. Studios can apply at http://thndr.io/publish.
